When I was in the US Army, my company had a large classroom meeting with JAG where they spelled out our rights to not follow unlawful orders as well as what war crimes were. It was actually a really interesting and honest session with lots of conversation.

This week I learned that DSM just recently outlawed breakaway walls for fire “exits”. I remember living in a place with one and not understanding what it was or how it worked. Never would have occurred to me to run though it during a fire.

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.
