Can't have a good weekend without some Kool Moe Dee with a little James Bond theme sample. Also, one of his best flows in this joint.

Read this article and have your mind blown when it comes to poverty in America. Just insanity.
As a comfortably well off retiree, this post is an eye opener. What kind of income does it take to ba full participant in society. And how bad the turbulence is if you’re near the boundary. www.yesigiveafig.com/p/part-1-my-... @charlesgaba.com

So I’ve seen some backlash against “write your spec” on this device lately. And as a big proprietor of the movement (I mean — it’s my hashtag) I thought I would share a story with you all.

And I promise you it’s not going where you think it’s going.

I suspect Los Angeles is going to widen the production gap between it and Georgia more next year.

Los Angeles retained its place as the top filming locale in 2024, even as the global marketplace saw a significant decline.

I think most guns should be abolished. That being said, I love when the left steps onto territory the right thinks they own. Wonder what they think to see someone with a Trans support patch at a gun range. Prolly uncomfy.

Watchin for the beast cause many artists they shot 'em
And beat em in the yards, while doin a top to bottom
So pass me a can, not of Old Gold
But full blue, sky blue, watch me unfold

I was at my cousin's house the first time I came across MST3K. Literally walking past the TV with the show playing. I was mesmerized. I wanted the show injected into my veins.
November 22, 2018: #mst3k season 12 debuted on Netflix. The very first (KTMA) episode had aired nearly 30 years earlier, on Nov 24, 1988.

"Leave the Gun, Take the Cannoli" about the making of The Godfather is as riveting as the movie itself. Like, WTF. It's a miracle that movie ever saw the light of day.

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

Great article. This is something nobody tells you when you first work on a show -- the writers around you will go on to create their own shows. They become part of your network tree and eventually you'll become a branch yourself with offshoots of your own.
For The Ringer, I wrote about the best TV coaching trees, from series that did the best job of finding and nurturing writers and/or directors who would go on to make great shows of their own:
Which TV Show Has the Best Coaching Tree?
Vince Gilligan is eternal proof of the strength of the ‘X-Files’ writers room. But frankly, that room has a ton of competition across television history.
