I wanted Team USA to win only 1 medal - and I wanted Lindsey Vonn to win it. I wanted her to win gold. Apart from her skill we should applaud her bravery: sliding down a mountain at 80 mph at the age of 41 with damaged knee ligaments takes real courage.

Bugger. Landlord is moving back into the house so I have to move out by 24/4. Gutted. If anyone knows of a double room in Croydon or surrounds (up to £950 pcm inclusive of bills) please let me know. Must be prepared to let Lucy come too. Will have a good reference from here.
