@liamconlon.bsky.social if pay-per-mile charging is introduced for EVs it will harm the transition to EVs. This is bad not only for carbon targets but also local air quality. Fuel duty has not been raised for 14 years - it was even reduced in 2022. Please make sure EV pay-per-mile doesn't happen.

Rachel Reeves is drawing up plans for a new pay-per-mile tax for electric vehicles to announce in this month’s budget worth an extra £250 a year on average, according to reports.

If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.
