Also the thing called curry in west is mainly a western invention from 18-th and 19th centuries.

But really all of this is futile, people have always borrowed recipes and traded spices and plants. Oldest "foreign foods" cookbook is in cuneiform from Babylonia and talks of dill as a Elamite spice.
