I'd also advise @meidastouch.com to RE-RUN these examples using @kff.org's calculator (which does account for the FPL change), and setting the couple's income to $85,000.

If they keep it at $82,800, their premiums will "only" increase to $687.24/mo (still a 20% hike!)
