Adventures in framing:

Headline presenting this as a real-world question. Rather than as another sign of deepening vortex of narcissistic delusion and detachment from reality.
Headline: Trump Has His Eyes on Nobel Prize. Will He Get It?

This article hasn’t explained a single thing about how this happened. I didn’t even get a sense that Jared knew how it happened.

Get to a yes first and then work out the details? Why would I give you a yes without details? What does that even mean?

“Putting your political opponents in jail because they are your opponents—not because of what they did—is the heart of tyranny. It is an obviously impeachable offense,” says @chrislhayes.bsky.social on the indictment of NY AG Tish James on Trump-ordered charges.

How screwed up are we as a country when we need JUDGES to say you can’t fire rubber bullets or paintballs at clergy or throw teargas canisters at protesters because you’re stuck in traffic? These fucking ICE clowns are criminals!

Again, Trump has crossed a Red Line no president has ever crossed: personally ordering the criminal prosecution of an American he doesn't like despite DOJ not finding evidence of any crime.

If Trump can do this to the powerful, he can do it to you. That's not freedom, and its not America.

This is nothing more than a continuation of the president’s desperate weaponization of our justice system.

I am not fearful — I am fearless.

We will fight these baseless charges aggressively, and my office will continue to fiercely protect New Yorkers and their rights..

Stephen Miller is murdering Venezuelans and Colombians in cold blood bc he believes it helps his propaganda campaign to paint Latinos as dangerous.

Stephen Miller views the air strikes as an opportunity to paint immigrants as a dangerous menace, according to one of the White House officials.

The indictment (www.documentcloud.org/documents/26...) actually focuses on a *separate* property from the one prosecutors initially focused on. But DOJ was skeptical of this case, ABC reported, because the Fannie Mae guidelines on "second homes" vs. "investment properties" are so squishy.

you could walk through Times Square buck naked with one of those car-dealership inflatable men tethered to your head, setting off bottle rockets as you go, and you would not be as desperate for attention than this sweaty twerp
a shitty post even by chris Cillizza's standards: "What if...Donald Trump actually deserves the Nobel Peace Prize?"

Perry just handed a draft of her order to both sides and left the bench. She's letting them look at it until she returns.

We still don't know the details of her order. She said she's granting the state's request "in part," which indicates some part of it is also being denied. Stay tuned.

#BREAKING A federal judge say she will grant "in part" a request by the state of Illinois for a temporary restraining order against the deployment of National Guard troops into the state.

U.S. District Judge April Perry is still ruling and has not outlined the details of her order.

Less than three weeks after Donald Trump ordered his attorney general to hurry up and start charging his enemies, the Justice Department indicted a second one: New York Attorney General Letitia James, the prosecutor who defeated him in court.

Indicting political opponents & critics because they are political opponents & critics is terrifying.

It's completely inconsistent with the rule of law & democracy.

It should scare everyone - and (hopefully) will get people to realize that we all need to stand against this.

The prosecutor put in office after the president who wants vengeance against his enemies told his AG that a WH lawyer was the person for the job — despite no prosecution experience — successfully sought an indictment against one of the named enemies, the second such indictment.

And you push this?
