eliguydesan fact: in between the heavensward and stormblood bard quests, sanson and guydelot stay in touch w elinor through letters, both bc they liiiiike him and to help him feel more confident reading + writing in eorzean

guydelot:
- long + thin fingers
- long palm
- calluses on his fingertips, esp. the index + middle fingers of his right hand
- bony + often cold
- dexterous ;)

sanson:
- wide, square palm
- thick fingers, somewhat blocky
- calluses on his palms + lots of little scars from lance training
- tend to run warm

elinor:
- thin palm + fingers
- delicate-looking, but strong
- long scar on right palm, callused fingertips + palms
- nails naturally grow in points
- cold :(

Our culture has such a reliance on art, mixed with so much disdain for artists' lives. Someone throws soup at a painting in a gallery or whatever and everyone acts like it's a literal murder, but that level of sympathy is for the object, almost never for the living conditions of artists.
