Something very strange is happening to the Apple Podcasts app. Over the last few months I’ve found the Podcasts app will randomly open religion/spirituality podcasts. Sometimes app opens by itself and directs people to potentially malicious website. Apple no response

Someone Is Trying to ‘Hack’ People Through Apple Podcasts
For months Apple Podcasts has been randomly opening spirituality and religion podcasts by itself, and in one case directing listeners to a potentially malicious website.

Think Twice Before Giving Surveillance for the Holidays

Just got hit with an Angus Reid #cdnpoli poll. That means data collection post-pipeline announcement.

Should be interesting to see how this one goes. Includes a question on Poilievre staying as leader.

For the existentially anxious trying to follow world order shifts, keep eyes on Taiwan. The US, China and Japan certainly are.

Global AI and tech sectors need Taiwan to live. If the nation is disrupted, those sectors fall.

Love it when the bro hero gets home from a long day of adventuring and his loyal dog greets him and he pets the noble mutt and says something about how they're two best friends against the world and then he starts a project in the next room and DOESN'T TAKE THE DOG OUT TO PEE

I think one of the greatest losses of social media is no one knows how to muse anymore. You can't surface a curiosity without someone citing a fucking podcast, reel or youtube video. Rich thought is subsidized by "smart content I agree with". Everyone just reverberates the media they follow

Parenting teens I think "teaching responsibility" in conventional terms just means teaching obedience to *this* system, which is of course rotten and stupid and I won't stand for it
