I'm sorry, but all the stories about the Aces' incredible drive, how they powered back to the Finals fueled by all the doubters, ring a bit hollow to me. A putback away from going out to a 7-seed. OT in G5 vs 6-seed with no players left. They're alive, but my god it's a skin-of-the-teeth job. #WNBA

So much of officiating is about the instruction. Some are obviously better than others, but refs largely call what they're told to call, let go what they're told to let go. Major changes have to come from top down, including competition committee and the league. #WNBA
