On my dentist's door in San Francisco at probably my last visit cause I'm not coming back to the USA unless I have to for the rest of the year/term/forever? Met with trans friends everyday many do resistance work. Hope overcoming fear.

I spent the week filming tech & auto stuff I do not give a fuck about in Vegas. It felt extremely meaningless. The only upside is being able to pay it forward as best I can from the profits of this work.

So far my trans kin & myself have moved to Thailand, Canada, Mexico, Sweden, Costa Rica, Ireland. Most are not rich, they are working remote/self employed & have histories as survivors & activists with organizing skills. I started planning in 2015, moved in 2022. Some did it in a year.
If you are a trans person and you think you might need to leave the country, I implore you: start now. Not just thinking. Planning. Because it’s harder than you think.
