I think that ICE is the continuation of Jan 6.
Difference: now they've had plenty of time to prepare, and there are a lot more of them, and a virtually infinite supply of money and time to build it out and lots of prior art to learn from. And probably no force that can stop it.

I also loved the sign that said, “OUR HUDDLED MASSES WILL KICK YOUR HOODED ASSES,” but I didn’t get a picture.
