I guess we're gonna keep on rockin' with Toxtricity today! Here's a more consistently good version of Gang Control. Iono felt like an appropriate addition, although I do find her cringe in general. Try it out!

so Reg Brella:
• got the most out of the hitbox changes in its class, probably top 5 overall
• hp bars benefit it a ton
• one of the only weps positively affected by SJ nerf
• 9% ink consumption buff
genuine top tier support now i’m dead serious, goes head to head with Splash Pro Dread etc

Flow Aura should increase Rush Movement Speed during the paint spurt after a kill. And then maybe increase it by a little less while it’s active. Maybe don’t do it for the Rollers, but definitely for the Brushes. (No bias here, yup.)

Some overall thoughts
Dynamo feels well balanced, near its s1 power but more downtime.
Sblast seems fair now
Vblast very underrated vs short range tbh
Healthbars are an underrated change, info feels more clear and easy to followup on
Aura overlaps a lot w cooler but its nice

(i dont know if the rsu and ssu would stack, but cooler already caps out inkres and IA so it wouldnt stack there)
