Bayern Munich have announced that Leon Goretzka will be leaving the club in the summer.

Goretzka had been linked with a move away from Allianz Arena in January, but has decided to see out the remainder of his contract, which is expires in June.

West Ham United are interested in a deal for Chelsea's Axel Disasi before the deadline.

A permanent departure remains their preference, but a loan is a possibility too. There has been interest from clubs in England, Italy and France.
