Yesterday, The Intercept sent a letter to Judge Young, asking him to clarify that certain materials he cited in his ruling are no longer under seal. Expanding § 1983 to cover actions of federal officials would be a great thing to do in this moment. Right now plaintiffs are spending millions to undo the First Amendment violations of the Trump administration. They will not be made whole, even though they're right.

My guess is this is not that.
