We have to be careful as humans we don’t become a similar monster to the ones we despise when exclaiming our beliefs. If tolerance was easy, the word would mean something else.

Recent polls show Dem State Rep. Aftyn Behn down by only two points in the special election for Tennessee’s 7th Congressional District—which will be held on Tuesday. The fact that this seat is within reach for Democrats is a very bad sign for the GOP, as Trump won the district by 22 points in 2024.

Best theory ever!
Home Alone came out almost exactly 2 months after Goodfellas so I prefer to think Tommy never really got whacked. The hit was a front. He was just renamed Harry and sent into witness protection to work as a plumber in Winnetka IL. But he just couldn't fight that itch

How hacked are telecoms going to have to be, before they roll this one back?! You can barely get them to meet the minimums in the first place... Sounds like our DFIR friends are going to be busy going forward.

This answer strongly sounds like there are unimplemented plans… Guess we know now why they were trying to bring the nazi swastika back… 😒
BLITZER: During WW2, Nazi officers were following the chain of command, obeying illegal orders & slaughtered Jews during the Holocaust

McCLAIN: We're a long way from Nuremberg trials & the slaughtering of Jews. If you want to talk about the slaughtering the Jews we can have that convo another time

“what is the most useless piece of video game knowledge you know?”

You can’t uncurse the cursed ring in Final Fantasy III.
cyberpunk sets a value to false so you can't draw weapons/use items in cutscenes. it sometimes forgets to put it back, leaving you naked and unable to run/drive. the only way to manually trigger cutscenes in the game is with joytoys, which is why a slow trip to jig-jig street resets and fixes it
i was going through my X archives and found this by @superpodsaga.com, which I qrt'd at some point years ago

so, let me bring the question back: what is the most useless piece of video game knowledge you know?

Step in the right direction, paywalls have a tendency to limit peoples ability to get trustworthy information, particularly people with limited income.

The coup doesn’t need victory. It just needs us to quit.
We don’t. #Holdfast

It falls when defenders stop holding the line. #Holdfast👇👇👇

Dear motherfucking democrats: when the president calls for a member of congress to be executed, I expect you to bring articles of impeachment, not send a fundraising email.

Yes, please don’t proliferate these “spy on you and others” technologies. There is enough of that technology everyone has already with just their phone.

Governments and corporations are using this tech against you and will only continue to expand what they can do with it.
