Targets are targets to them, no more. We all need remember the rules only matter, AFTER the action they take, they are free to do anything they want prior. Only if/when held accountable later they care, hence the masks lack of identification, cycling of license plates, etc…

To be fair, when motorized vehicles are present, as a biker, one should probably not depend on the motorized peoples knowledge of the law, and focus on their own safety.

Following the rules of motorized vehicles is always the best way to go when it comes to signage regardless of legality.

I grant people can drive in places not relevant to their daily, but to me, lack of basic understanding of the rules where one is centered from, it’s a large concern, and contributes to a ton of incidents that could be avoided.

I’d be ok with that, but I do think relevancy matters, the current crop of tests focuses on the obscure rather than things the actually happen given the locality. It would be good to focus on actuality so you get better drivers for where you are at…

just watched a dozen people ask microsoft copilot experts their most pressing questions and those questions were 90% “how do i turn it off?” and “when i turn it off, is it really off or is it spying on me?”
