Crossworlds is pretty cool so far. I've encountered no performance issues even with the graphics settings maxed out and there's a good variety of maps (both normal and Crossworld) which are all varied thematically.
But is it worth £65?... nah. And it's really stretching it at £45.50.

Crossworld insanity has finally gotten to me. I run a wiki on my LAN and I wrote an article about Dodon Pa from TSR which portrays him as a villain who acts like Big Bill Hell's, can teleport, and turns people into Labubus.

Maybe this it's just because I'm an Etrian enjoyer, but Persona Q has quickly become one of my favourite MegaTen games. The dungeon gameplay's great and I like the combat a lot.
While it's nowhere near as good as Nocturne or DDS, but it's a toss-up as to whether or not I prefer Q or P3FES.

Maybe this it's just because I'm an Etrian enjoyer, but Persona Q has quickly become one of my favourite MegaTen games. The dungeon gameplay's great and I like the combat a lot.
While it's nowhere near as good as Nocturne or DDS, but it's a toss-up as to whether or not I prefer Q or P3FES.

I'd say I could get used to this! If only it didn't take 200 years to compile (and that's *with* cranelift and mold and all the other optimisations).
I might need to look into pruning some of the features if I ever try to use it seriously.

Tried Crash Team Racing on PS1 today, much to the chagrin of my family members who will have to put up with me quoting Caddicarus all evening.

Tried Crash Team Racing on PS1 today, much to the chagrin of my family members who will have to put up with me quoting Caddicarus all evening.
It's pretty good so far! I appreciate that it isn't just a basic old Mario Kart clone and hopefully it'll keep me occupied until Crossworlds goes on offer.

Rise of Lyric's on my bucket list! I absolutely must see how awful it is for myself, but my backlog is too long at the minute and I don't have the energy for gaming right now.
The current plot for my Sonic RPG is loosely based on RoL though.

This render's... fine. It's visually appealing but he looks a bit off. It's hard to explain why.
Also, ignoring the fact that the flour has bleach in it, why'd you eat cookie dough raw? That defeats the point of the dough. We cook the damn cookie in this house.

It took forever, but I figured out how to build NetHack's Qt interface!
I really can't get into the TTY version since it's too archaic even for me, but Fedora doesn't package nethack-qt and the AUR package is out of date. Needed to patch the game for modern GCC but it'll do for now.

I would just like to say that today is the 8th birthday of the masterpiece that is Sonic Forces. It sold an Infinitilion copies because its that good.
My favourite part was when Sonic said "this is your bad Forces!" and proceeded to force everyone. Truly the Sonic game of all time.

Huh. Looked it up and the Wii actually came out when I was two. I think I got mine when I was around six-ish? In fact, I still have my original red Mario Wii! Specifically the model with the arcade Donkey Kong preinstalled.

Checked out Sonic R through the Gems Collection earlier. Haven't beaten it yet.
It's an interesting concept for sure (I can't name any other On-Foot 3D Exploration Racers), but it's really cumbersome to control. The game really would've benefited from a reverse button if I'm being honest.
