This is how #DCRail deliver up to 1500t of aggregate into their Chessington terminal multiple times a week. At the moment, using a pair of glorious Class 56s. It was a privilege to get & about and work on these for operational validation work with more to come. #RailFreight

<div class="field field-field-text"><p>Israeli authorities approved the construction of 126 settler homes in the Sanur outpost in the northern West Bank, which was evacuated in 2005, local media reported.</p>
<p>Israeli news media Channel 7 reported that the High Planning Council approved a detailed plan allowing illegal settlers to return to Sanur.</p>
<p>The report said that the plan is expected to take effect within two months, enabling illegal settlers to return. </p>

According to the City of Paris, in the last 10 years 150K trees have been planted & 45ha of parks created in the already hot city, all intended to not only improve quality-of-life today, but also help the city adapt to & manage summer heatwaves of 50℃ (122F) by 2050.

For every €1 provided through a Basic Income For Artists pilot program in Ireland, the government got €1.46 back. So it’s being made permanent.
Over and over we see it. It saves public money to provide public housing. And it makes public money to provide basic income.
We can’t afford to NOT do it.
