Okay well now we have a SECOND new/used oven, bc the first one had a burner that wasn't working.
While I acknowledge this is good (have one that in theory DOES work fully) I DO wish we had either figured this out BEFORE the monday-before-thanksgiving, OR waited until next week.

After seven years of enduring, our landlord has replaced our awful, "runs extremely, dangerously too hot at all times" oven replaced with one that (I think, according to the tests I've run,) actually works like a real oven, and I'm feeling so many emotions about it it's unreal.

I 100% agree and would add that if you are hosting a holiday event and you do NOT have something festive, creative and delicious for your guests to drink without alcohol in it, you are actually an asshole

I want to turn a vintage wool skirt I have into culottes (secret pants!) but I don't have the skill level to confidently do this without getting a weird bunchy crotch.
I have a great tailor I can take this to, but then I'd have to be without the garment until probably January?

1. Quiz me extensively about my chronic illnesses
2. Disclose that they have symptoms that line up very similarly to mine
3. Tell me they're going to the Dr. for dx
4. I warn them that many Dr.'s will not dx.
5. At appt they indeed receive no dx

I was at a thrift store today and I saw a jellycat avacado stuffie that was wearing a. LITTLE HANDKNIT PURPLE HAT WITH A POMPOM AND EVERYTHING and
