True, but it should still happen anyway. There should be a cost to bringing frivolous lawsuits and paying the defendant's legal cost is of primary importance. Penalties beyond that should be on the table, too. And if a corrupt president does it, then it is even more important.

Good news! I'm so tired of rich assholes (especially Trump) using the legal system as a cudgel by bringing frivolous lawsuits to attack opponents and using delay tactics to win by draining their opponent's financial resources.

I hope Comey gets his legal costs reimbursed when he wins.

The CEOs earned between 18-40 million last year, 1000x their median employee income.

They took billions in profits, while their workers relied on SNAP to survive.
