I am an old retired fart. I really have better ways to spend my waning and few days left. Protest, organization and pushback is now a necessity. My friends, I ask you to step up from your comfort and be seen and heard. The time for you to be involved is now.

This is incorrect. The military absolutely still does have to get a warrant to search personal devices. Please do not try to force your soldiers to hand over their phones so you can search them without consulting JAG.
Here is the thing about service:

You waive certain Constitutional rights. If Hegseth was in a military position, he would not be able to refuse access to his phone. Also given certain clearances you also cannot refuse searches of personal devices.

I cannot imagine the SecDef is not beholden there.
MORE Breaking on MS NOW: Pete Hegseth refused an interview request for the Pentagon Inspector General's investigation into Signalgate, according to two sources who read and were briefed on report.

Hegseth would not turn over his phone, a source who read the report told MS NOW.

I’ve been reporting about the potential connection of tariffs to small biz job losses. Scott Lincicome of Cato offers this piece discussing not just the high level of the tariffs, but the “truly insane complexity” whose “overall economic cost is likely staggering. “

I can maintain sourdough and bake nice sourdough bread. I can cook a steak properly. I can make a nice pie. But none of this compares to making gravy properly.

Lol, Zillow tried to rate the climate risks facing individual properties. The real estate industry *hated* it, precisely because it worked -- it made selling risky properties more difficult. So they rebelled & Zillow caved.
