Serious question to all my #publishing friends, #authors, and #bookshops out there... Are there any established book distributors for queer/trans indie presses? Not amazon or ingramspark or any of those routes. An actual company choosing to work with queer presses.

cosign. our dependence on distro monoliths has been, and will be, disastrous for books.
I hate that instead of coding these whacky little customizable blogs we are prioritizing platforms that would instantly reach the largest audience, semi-pressured to create viral content.
i don't want to hear your most boomer complaint. what's your most millennial complaint?

I'm so excited to host this inspiring interview with my good friend, Troy Ford. Buy his book! Support queer authors! Give the big 5 the middle finger!
An interview with Troy Ford
Troy Ford, an author and LGBTQIA2S+ organizer, discusses his newly released novel "Lamb: A Novel in Snapshots," a queer coming-of-age story which explores themes of identity and belonging. Ford reflects on the supportive community found through serializing his work on Substack, the significance of vulnerability in writing, and the evolving landscape of LGBTQIA2S+ literature amidst ongoing censorship challenges. We also chat about the success his book has achieved and his plans for future works.
