I can't recommend learning a pizza dough recipe enough. 5 minus of prep, lasts in the fridge for days and opens up a lot of tasty dishes outside of obviously pizza. I personally love turning that dough into flatbread or wraps in a pan, makes it easy to slightly char it without making it hard or dry
