Today, the Trump administration repealed the endangerment finding: the ruling that served as the basis for limits on tailpipe emissions and power plant rules. Without it, we’ll be less safe, less healthy and less able to fight climate change—all so the fossil fuel industry can make even more money.

A Reuters photographer captured this image of a page from Pam Bondi's "burn book," which she used to counter any questions from Democratic lawmakers during an unhinged hearing today.

It looks like the DOJ monitored members of Congress’s searches of the unredacted Epstein files.

Just wow.

This is what Hess said: “It brings up mixed emotions to represent the US right now. I think it’s a little hard. There’s obviously a lot going on that I’m not the biggest fan of. Just because I wear the flag doesn't mean I represent everything that's going on in the US.”

Weekly low right on the 20-wma (arrows). We've been down there twice in recent weeks. Normally, that signals a weakening trend (as also shown by RSI and MACD). You don't want to go back down there anytime soon

Trump and Musk Knew Exactly Who Jeffrey Epstein Was
Epstein was a convicted sex offender with a reputation for throwing parties with underage girls. That was precisely his appeal to some of the country’s richest and most powerful people.

It’s important in these moments we remember ICE agents have as much authority to pull people over and arrest them as a parking attendant. They’ve all just been *told* they have limitless authority. And they’re drunk on it.
This is just insane. It’s only a matter of time before DHS kills another innocent person here.

Never in my most cynical dreams did I imagine so many people willing to sell out their own country for money, attention, clout, out of spite, ignorance or hate.

That will remain the most heartbreaking part of this ordeal.

America is such a beautiful idea.

We are becoming unworthy of it.

One death every three days
This is the sixth death in ICE custody in 18 days. This isn’t enforcement, it’s a system that cages people, outsources care, and shrugs when they die. Abolish ICE.

@maddow.bsky.social you must interview Sascha Riley since 60 Minutes no longer can.

Have him show his deformed ribs from the beatings Andy Biggs and others gave him. Have him talk about Clarence Thomas, Lindsey Graham, and of course, Trump.

His story may actually be the one to break the dam.

Everyone should go to this Substack and listen to each part of the recorded interview with Sasha Riley.

His description of Trump wanting to cause mental and physical pain matches the accounts of other Epstein survivors. They said Trump just liked to put his fingers in every hole and cause pain.
This should be trending everywhere!
This is a test. Please interact with this thread if you see it.

Powell is under no legal obligation to leave the Fed Board of Governors. As a Governor he’d retain a vote and it would mean Trump could not appoint another FOMC voter. He would also be the swing vote of 7 on the FOMC. Waller, Bowman, Miran/his replacement who would be chair vs Cook, Barr, Jefferson.
Why wouldn’t he leave? Because that’s what they would do?

This is from Oct 22 when SPY was still rising (it gained another 3% to its most recent ATH). With today's reversal, it's now had its first >5% drop, so, big picture, this pattern is in play
If a 20% 'bear market' is coming, $SPX will probably get choppy first. This chart shows drops >5%; the ones that are circled happened before the bear market started. The first >5% drop is almost always followed by a rebound to the prior high or even higher.
