Indeed: the folks who supported and campaigned for RFK Jr, and even spoke at his rallies, did indeed end up getting leadership positions in the MAGA/MAHA government—a quid pro quo!

My dog can’t go to the dog park cause he’s <1 week overdue for his leptospirosis booster, and I wish we could apply the same degree of basic concern and common sense to things like kindergarteners and the rest of society. (I didn’t even realize it was due and I don’t want a dog with leptospirosis!)

Kudos to the House for passing a clean extension of ACA subsidies. If the Senate follows, it will dramatically lower insurance premiums & prevent 4 million Americans from losing health coverage.
It will save lives, keep families from financial ruin, and keep rural hospitals open.
