Scene fades into view. 1 hour after Flux was thrown into the pit of Rage Valley, he begins to awaken. A blue bird stares down at him with curiosity.

As Flux awakens, he flinched at the sight of the bird so close to him, and it flutters away.

Flux: Uh..? Ah-! What the..?

The bird chirps as he flies off, and Flux tries to follow, but suddenly trips as vertigo sets in.

Flux: Hey, wait- Woah-! Ah..why am I dizzy? Everything’s spinning…

Reaching around, he realizes one of the cords in the back of his head had been disconnected. So he fixes it back into place.

Flux: (Guh..something’s wrong..what is that..? Oh. Disconnected. At least the other two didn’t come loose..) Ngh-! Okay. First things first..

They all watch as Flux plummets downwards.

Thief #2: Y-You really threw him..! That’s a long way down..
Leader: ..Well?! What are you waiting for? Get going!
Thief #2: Ah-! A-Alright, we’re goin’!

Some birds circle their way down to the bottom of the valley, and the thieves walk away.

Leader(thinking): Rrrgh…at least that’s over. There’s no way he’ll escape from down there. Now there’s nothing in my way..

Scene fades, looking up at the top of the cliff Flux was thrown off of.

Leader(thinking): If there is a possibility…even if the fall doesn’t kill him…whatever OBSOL that walks out here will.

Thief #2: I-I know we want him gone, but isn’t this goin’ too far?!
Leader: I CANNOT ALLOW HIM TO RETURN, UNDERSTOOD?!
He’s gotten in my way for too long! I want nothing to intervene anymore..

The leader yanks Flux by the cords in the back of his head, and holds him above the edge of the cliff.
Leader: I’ve waited so long for this..this is the end for you, Flux. Any last words?
Flux: …I will come back.

Flux: And when I do, I’m going to bury you in the pavement. You had better hope this kills me you son of a-

Flux is then tossed down into the pit of Rage Valley.

(man I left this thread for way too long)

Scene transitions to two hours later, headed through the wastelands of Splinter Pass. A mouse paws at a small bone, before looking up and scurrying away as someone walks by.

The gang of thieves are dragging Flux along the path.

Thief #2: Hey, uh..I know we’re gettin’ rid of him, but…why’re we out here?
Leader: There’s only one place I know of where he can’t escape. I want to make sure that he can never return…

The leader looks out over the landscape, while the other lackeys look nervous.

Leader: Finally…we’re here.
Thief #2: W-wait..this place?
Leader: Yes…

Scene reveals a gigantic valley, more ditch-like in nature. Burn marks, shattered rocks and stray vines were the only thing decorating the massive hole.

Leader: Rage Valley..look familiar to any of ya?
Thief #1: We..we’re just gonna leave him here?
Thief #3: That’s evil..
