Probably not good for my mental health how many people are making me WANT Hell To exist.
Now I am not a lawyer but I am pretty sure "kill the survivors clinging to wreckage" is an order so blatantly illegal that the people who gave the order *and* the people who carried it out are guilty as sin and should be brought up for murder and/or war crimes.

LRP: more seriously I also think there is a difference between, say, Power Rangers SPD where the police are portrayed as an ideal of what a public peacekeeping force should be, and something like Bluebloods that just engages in racist and classist paranoia.
