Early this morning, I tried to give a baby opossum some sliced apples. It ignored the apples and demanded cat food. 🤨 (only cats get cat food)
Big news! The groundhog is back at my sister's and she gave him a plum

'Centuries-old wounds are being healed' as the PM of a supposedly secular state hoists a religious flag on a temple built at the site of a national hate crime in which his party participated, and for which no one was held accountable by the nation that existed before our current defacto ethnostate.
“Today, the entire India and the whole world are imbued with Ram,” PM Modi said at the ceremony. “…Centuries-old wounds are being healed, centuries of torture are finding respite, and a centuries-old resolve is achieving fulfillment today.”

Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw.

The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.
