There are 2 options presented, they can both be taken, but only RCV gives the United States the winning hand. I repeat, gerrymandering is a path to civil war, RCV is a potential way out. We have to implement both legally, they are equally as possible to do.

It would help at the moment, but if Dems would have made ranked choice voting on national issues, and open primaries, we wouldn't be in this 2 party gerrymandering battle in the first place. RCV is good for democracy,gerrymandering leads to civil war,& half the population doesn't like either party
