Listening to old music of mine, 5+ years ago. My current perspective, I could write some interesting backgrounds and frameworks but I so often ruined it by live recording synthesizer over the top instead of writing a melody or leaving it background. I can guess what the motive for that was.

All I can do is think. Thinking about everything at once, no traction- it's like a crowd trying to squeeze through a doorway all at once. It's relentless and lonely, exhausting, paralyzing. Something has got to give or I'm going to break again. This can't last my whole life, right?

The new AI at my pharmacy is confusing and unresponsive-- it comes off as open-ended but you can actually do virtually nothing. Number inputs now do nothing. It often gets medication dates incorrect, fails to fulfill refill promises. I just have to leave messages now and hope the texts are accurate.

Per compliance policy, certain Al-generated fields cannot be manually updated by clinic staff and require vendor correction. We have escalated this to our vendor support team and opened ticket # . We'll notify you once we receive confirmation or correction from the vendor.
