I think this is one of the most wasteful things the U.S. Government has ever done. As I said above, that money is essentially vaporized. And for that, we could have funded nearly all of USAID's programs, which all had strategic advantages for the U.S.

Albert - owner of the Aiguës-Mortes Auto museum - proudly showed us each of his cars in turn, opening the doors, lifting the hoods.

A self-taught mechanic, he did all the restoration work himself. He also claimed to be 90.
