my “AI is over” anecdote is that my wife was hired over the summer to write scripts for a big tech company explaining how to use their AI tools and after many rounds of revisions, the latest notes said “we’re finding a lot of AI fatigue among our users” and to remove all references to AI
Anecdotally on twitter seeing a big shift the last few days from every AI slop account saying every other creative field is “over” and they’re in control now to now posting about how nobody likes them and it’s not fair and they’ll persevere and real artists respect and uplift eachother

It was raining so I was waiting for the dog presents to freeze to pick them up so I flagged them and then it snowed about four inches so now my yard is real festive AND STILL BAD. 🤣🤣🤣

Home from the second family outing in two days, this time on the mister's side. There were twenty two people including 4 little kids plus four dogs (but not mine bc this Airbnb wanted $50 a dog) and my point is that ALL OF THOSE PEOPLE were less loud than my sister's family of 4 yesterday 🤣🤣🤣

We have family plans tomorrow so today we made our own turkey & mashed potatoes & gravy & the mister tried an Alton Brown brine recipe & the meat came out moist &salty & I am an old autistic lady & I EXPECT my turkey to be dry so I had trouble with the texture 🤣🤣🤣

It's a beautiful day but there are a lot of hunters out and I can hear gunfire at a distance sitting at my desk and it makes it really uncomfortable walking mister dog in the forest.
I *could* sing at the top of my lungs the whole time, but not sure that makes me less of a target..
