与其说医院坏，不如说它们乱。一个重要原因是乱定价格。理论上市场决定价格。但是现实里保险只保个别机构，又和它们有单独的协议。顾客一年只能做一次选择，而生病之后往往没有时间或者不合实际去比较价格。这些都限制了市场规范价格的自由和能力。

我真的會找幾個出來，因為我認識的做餐館的有好些有奧巴馬醫保，他們一般都投給黃毛，不過由於共和黨微弱優勢，或許不會刮掉他們的醫保，但如果真正跟他們談起這個性命攸關的事情，他們會以廁所問題搪塞，因為他們是單一議題投票者，別人努力保護他們的利益他們不在乎，搭便車是我們漢字從清高的書生到販夫走卒都樂意幹的。
