Fell over and fractured my humerus at the shoulder last night. Get to A&E.
15mins after checking in, given a cloth sling and codeine.
15mins after that I get xrayed.
Then it was only 3hours before I got seen, given a packet of codeine, a proper sling and a referral to the fracture clinic.
Very fast!

Happy Bandi Chhor Divas, Day of Liberation! It celebrates the day in 1619 when Guru Hargobind Ji liberated 52 prisoners from Gwalior prison who were being held hostage by the Mughals under Jahangir. May we fight for the freedom of all those unjustly imprisoned around the world!
