My dream involved mainly walking up lots of stairs in a venue, some of the time holding a pint that cost £8.40 which I’d reluctantly bought from a bar in a student union. I recall being somewhat outraged by the price (‘in MY day, student unions had cheap drinks!’ etc.)

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.
