I don’t know what all of these paintings together have to say about anything, whatever it is it barely scratches the surface, but they are a record of what I was doing any my relationship to the world and to art over that period, which is all you can ask from art I think, anything else is a bonus

What might be my favourite fossil has been just published by Kiat et al. 2025. Years ago I saw a pic of this Anchiornis specimen in nat geo article and I audibly gasped.preserving not only the feathers but also the original patterns as well. I made this drawing on the spot. Maybe its time to do v2.0

The Coffin’s Tale~ more designs for @realgdt.bsky.social FRANKENSTEIN! The coffins were based on real Fisk coffins of the time & great ref pitched by awesome Costume Designer @katehawleycostume.bsky.social (an example of wonderful collab between depts) & worked up to final design through art dept.
