It's funny how every other videogame fandom has that "ship that only makes sense in a 2000s handheld game that never left Japan" meanwhile for Sonic it's the opposite case as Rivals 2 never came out in Japan (1 too but I'm talking Espilver and Metadow)

I wish I could dig further in the jp fandom terms, outside of connector/receptor I only know of calling the Seekers "Jetrons" from Jet Destrons (Decepticons in early localization)
Also also, "receptor" is very commonly used as the term for valves in the japanese side of the fandom. The reason I even know of this scene is bc I had to check why one artist was posting so many interrogation signs, needless to say they were losing it.

They keep inching towards blocking you from downloading videos too. I wouldn't be surprised if they pull that off soon. Broken record etc, back your stuff up. Also if you use a PS3 or Wii-U to play on a Tube TV, they will block that eventually too. Things are speeding up too fast man.
