"The Ritual"

Here's my #Sinners piece made w/pencil, ink, & gouache! Including A/P prints - w/a glow-in-the-dark ed.!

No real room to say what it means to me, but as a biracial woman whose father was a Black identical twin from NOLA, & a kid during the film's time period, it's a top 5 film for me.

That’s when an institution that is violating civil rights gives the public just enough symbolic victories that accountability efforts lose steam before there has been any meaningful change.
