⬇️. 😞. Is this when judges recuse themselves?
here we have the person who personally campaigned for charges against Etel (Thomas Duffy) being represented by the judge now presiding over Etel's case (Janet McGuiggan, former head litigator for Worcester!!). The naked corruption that goes on in this city is just crazy

Happy to be a long time supporter of the @WRRBureau over many years. Particularly happy this year to see the amazing work on The Civilian Review report! You took criticism but your report stands on its own! #transparency

This makes me sick - these efforts have taken decades and decades of concerted effort my by women and men in the trades. Increasingly I just wonder how long it will take to fix all that he has damaged. Hope these ladies figure out how to keep it going

1. Thank you @clbergpowers.bsky.social!!
2. I can't @wrrbureau.bsky.social because I'll be w. family post court, but 100% folks should go support the talented staff and E.D. of WRRB. Don't let Mr. Murray have the last word on their work.
3. CRB will be up to the new council. ORGANIZE NOW
So Worcester folks a couple of ways to stand on the side of justice tomorrow - (1) Courthouse in the morning to show support for @etelhaxhiaj.bsky.social and (2) in the evening you can join @wrrbureau.bsky.social for their annual meeting to thank them for all the great work they've done this year!

The instinct to treat Mamdani as a local phenomenon ignores the reality of the Americans behind his win.

He won Black, Hispanic, middle, and working class voters. A similar coalition elected Obama. This is the heart of the Democratic coalition, not its fringe.

Rob. Thanks for running (for 4 years!). Happy to have you representing our district.
Thank you to my campaign team, my family, my friends, our volunteers, voters, & everyone who supported my campaign. I’m proud to represent District 2 & serve the community I love. We can do better for D2 neighborhoods & build a community that is more affordable & supports people of all backgrounds.

I am so grateful for all of the support and encouragement throughout this campaign. While I am disappointed about some of the results, I am also hopeful that we are getting closer to the progress that Worcester deserves. (1/3)
