Ah yes. I’m sure these are the same folks that if their family member fell into homelessness would 1000% send them to a “poor farm” to be “cured”.

They don’t think of themselves as ever experiencing homelessness in their lives, therefore a poor farm is definitely acceptable for other people.

Oh, well, it shouldn’t be that hard. Once they told me I should put homeless people in containers and ship them to Florida. This is the literal garbage project 25 lists as solutions in their homelessness section.

His wife who thinks destitute seniors should work in city hall for free to “work off” their property taxes. Candidates who were vehemently against a rental registry. And who just voted DOWN opting into a state fire sprinkler ordinance. Endorsed by the Chief!

His school committee endorsements include a woman who organized a bus trip to January 6th, who is endorsed by the 1776 PAC. Another who was protested by students for racists comments and policies. Candidates who voted down measures to protect trans kids when Trump started for them.

An actual progressive candidate said this tonight-
“I reached out as soon as I pulled papers & they told me they weren’t doing endorsements until after the prelim (they did them before) so I asked to please be informed about when I could apply for an endorsement for the general and they ignored me”

This is an embarrassment to the labor movement. Please do something about it.

1st time I ran he INSISTED they would ONLY endorse candidates who voted for the lowest residential tax rate. His wife ofc hasn’t. Then, subsequently they didn’t even invite me or any other progressives 🤷‍♀️

This is the guy who also called labor leaders recently whining why they support Etel. 🙄

I predict the right to shelter is well underway of being eliminated. In essence, it already has been diluted & made harder to access.

Family homelessness has faded away from public discourse and media stories. It was hot while the Gov., made it all about “immigrants” are taking over our shelters.
