It’s way past the point of arguing that what’s happening in Gaza is a major public health crisis. Rather it’s an utter failure of humanity. How can we talk about damaging population health if that population is not even regarded by the mainstream powers of the day as equally deserving of wellbeing?

We're nearly at the first full calendar year-end of the Gaza war. The normalisation of both (i) the enormous bloodshed (ii) and journalists still not being allowed in by the Israeli govt to report as to what's happening have been some of the grimmer features of the year.
