Trump rages that Henry Cuellar didn’t pay him back for a pardon by switching parties, blasting Cuellar for a “lack of LOYALTY.”

In other words, Trump admits he was trying to use his pardon power to buy Republicans a House seat.

After all the horrible SCOTUS decisions with little, if any, justification in the Constitution or common sense, making up whole sections of law that never existed before, he's right to worry. If reforming the courts isn't top of the list for Democrats should they win, there will be hell to pay.

I have no words for the right wingers on SCOTUS, who overturned the appellate court apparently without even providing a rationale for doing so. We are really in a bad place.

Even if they were on a "drug mission," the first strike was illegal and the second strike even more wildly illegal.

This is absolute nonsense from someone who committed war crimes and is now scrambling for cover. Lock him up.

Thank you Elie Mystal for this outstanding article that expertly sets forth the legal implications of the Trump administration’s extrajudicial executions in international waters. Bottom line: They should be prosecuted as murder.
