I would have been excited about this hire as president of baseball operations. Getting the guy who’s run the Dodgers farm system for a decade to be 3rd in command of the Rockies might mean those reports about the job being attractive were true

I remember Lowe saying in a preseason podcast that the nuggets are always a little too unserious to ever convincingly beat their preseason over/under and it looks like that was a good take
Nuggets drop to 14-6 and could be looking at a stretch without Murray, Gordon and Braun. What once was a hot and awesome start to the season is turning into a real rough patch.
