Decided for my day off I would lay in bed with the kitties Alwyn (black) and Obi-Wan (white/cream).
Both of them were orphaned kittens we fostered and then fell in love with so we ended up adopting them.
Out of over 300 foster kittens, we have ended up adopting a couple over the years.

I had sooooo much help decorating a Christmas tree for a charity auction yesterday.
My tree is a Cat theme, and as I was adding the little Santa mice I noticed they kept disappearing.
My cats Obi-Wan and Wicket decided to "help". But in the end I was able to finish it.

1 year ago I planted the little cut off bottom of a store bought green onion that still had a couple tiny roots on it.
Now I reap the bounty!
And yes, all parts are edible when you let a green onion grow out like this. The dark green leaves are a little tougher. But thats it.

Got a voice mail from NY Times reporter wanting to chat about a past colleague/friend who just confessed to stealing over $300k from the church she worked at. Oh, and all while she was the Mayor of the city.
But instead of agreeing to the interview, I declined.
