Good news! I found an HTML guide I don't hate and finally got around to polishing up a NeoCities page! Right now it's just my social media links and a FAQ, but I can finally start to evolve it a bit.

It's on Steam, they're supposedly classic servers with a free currency to theoretically trade for the real currency, and it's being marketed to adults. It's fascinating.
What is he even replying to?
Getting a better grasp on Pathfinder 2e. I can read the rulebook without my brain playing the AOL startup sound and managed to do some solo combat with the system. I was worried it'd be too crunchy for soloplay but so far it's been alright.
FFXIV had two characters who were assumed 17 by association with two canonical 17-year-olds, and then two expansions later it turned out three years had passed since their age was confirmed and they were actually 20 the whole time. You had to dig really hard on indirect info to find that out.
I keep a tape measure on my desk now so I don't use it quite as much, but I had no idea this site had a hard limit to how long it could be.

Even more miraculous is two feet is the exact measurement I was looking for.
...wow, my monitor is longer than iRuler
I actually bought it on sale once, but immediately refunded because if I was gonna play this game, I had to do it right and get that manual.
The important thing to note about the Gary Grigsby games is they come with 400-page manuals that you can buy physically. But really the Steam version should charge less since you're getting a PDF instead of a hardcover for the real sickos.
A GOG installer on a USB stick is worth more than a $100 game.
Nothing epitomizes Warfighter more than the opening mission, where your gun is aimed right at the head of a brown man and the game literally will not let you aim anywhere else.

It does let you move the crosshair, it just doesn't let you move away from his head.
The Proton one is especially egregious because not everyone is using VPNs for torrents. Journalists use them for anonymous publishing, where getting their identity or location leaked can literally get them killed. It's unbelievably irresponsible for Proton to have a fuckup like that.
Nord: Had a data breach and tried to lie about it
Surfshark: Software started to hit some hard limitations for what I needed
Proton (using): Openly support the republican party. Also flipped its split tunneling settings without telling me, leaving me exposed for nearly a full day before I caught it.
ngl I don't think I've had a single VPN subscription last long enough for me to pay for a second round. Something always either fucks up or gives me incentive to switch before I'm done with the VPN I have.
It just occurred to me that you do eventually meet Shiva, so I guess XIV does have some blue women
This is an item in the Sims 4
Rock Band: We string notes together as the difficulty goes up to encourage more hammer-ons & pull-offs

Guitar Hero: Fuck it just turn notes into chords idc
New fan patch for Guitar Hero 3 on PC dropped and got reminded of how much I hate Guitar Hero's charting. Great setlist but I will take the Rock Band charts any day.
Upgraded to Windows 11 and begrudgingly taking Photoshop with me like an abusive but disabled grandparent.

>Remember kids, the captain likes his seas blue
>Just like his women?
>Nah, gotta play the Blizzard MMO for that
Hurt my arm gposing. Good sign that I really am back in FFXIV.
FFTactics has such a good soundtrack I wish it was a better game
I got into bed and immediately realized the solution to this would be to roll stats instead of using point buy.
Like obviously there are non-combat things in Cyberpunk but when combat is *going* to happen, everyone's gotta be prepped for it, and if the combat prep requires turning everyone exactly the same, what the hell is the point?
