You should always demand someone stick to terms as they are already defined -- and if they do not do so, demand that they state THEIR working definition if they mean something other than the denotative meaning of that word/phrase.

I do think it's wrong for Trump's Department Of Injustice to do this to anyone. That said, I'm also not a knee-jerk who thinks that all the people Trump has abused, like Comey et al, are suddenly Democrats, and the same goes for Kat.

Loving v. Virginia openly declared that marriage is a fundamental right. So, for those not in a same-sex couple, you need to care about this too.
Despite what GOP would have people believe, many same-sex couples are religious, so this is also a 1A case, as well as an Equal Protection case.

To be fair, Hamas has been violating the ceasefire since it began, but for some reason, Hamas ambushing and murdering IDF soldiers who were obeying the ceasefire is just "resistance," and not breaking the ceasefire AGAIN.

I just finished a PBS doc on Kissinger, and so help me, when he started talking about expanding the powers of the Executive, I nearly punched a perfectly decent TV... A President is basically just a figurehead so we don't send hundreds of members of Congress to every G8 meeting.
