I was dreaming of a simple bowl of pea soup and crêpes this week.
It's a bit of a long process because I use dried peas. I soaked the peas overnight in water and made a soup with smoked pork belly. Instead of crepes, I made puff pastry pies with cloudberry and plum jam. 🍜

So, 2026 is the color of... conformity? People have been painting their home interiors this color for the past 5 or 10 years already. It is the avocado green and harvest gold of the 70s and 80s. Sigh.
