Really interesting study, looks like the water needs of carbon capture projects has been overlooked - in fact there’s no big picture in water at all, domestic supply is licensed and controlled, biz supply is a free for all. An analogue system in a digital world as Dieter Helm says.

Johnson was proved to be away on an ‘extended break’ walking dogs, riding motor cycles and hosting parties instead of being at No 10 making decisions to protect the country during the early stages of the pandemic.
