Conservation officers in Bella Coola, B.C., are now trying to capture three grizzly bears after an attack on a group of school children who were out on a field trip Thursday afternoon.

Bears usually avoid large groups. It was likely a mama and her two cubs. If you grow up in remote areas of the province you know how dangerous Mama bears can be. All you can do is try to be prepared. My heart goes out to the entire community as they heal from this trauma. www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...
