It’s no secret that many of us are disgusted that the BBC has failed to wholeheartedly support Israel’s genocide or the Epstein client list 👇

We're pretending the BBC is left wing so Trump can coup it like a Latin American country
In the biggest national scandal of recent days, the BBC accidentally veered from its usual practice of smearing the left and slightly misrepresented someone on the right.

The BBC is worth defending. Without BBC News, in a world increasingly at the mercy of AI and mis and disinformation, and with Elon Musk presiding over X, democracy in Britain would be challenged even more than it already is.

These kinds of things happened two decades ago under the last Republican president. A lot of people made a lot of short term money. Then it all came crashing down and his successor had to clean up a huge mess. Here we go again.

Trump’s latest pardons aim to make his fake elector scheme legal

Trump has no power to pardon his supporters’ state-level crimes — but he can still muddy the waters for their trials and appeals.

Robbie Gibb was appointed to the BBC Board by Boris Johnson, was an editorial advisor for GB News, and worked as Theresa May's Director of Comms.

He is not impartial or neutral. The government should remove him from the Board immediately to protect the BBC's independence.

People fleeing war and persecution are ready and able to contribute to our society.

The problem is... they're not allowed.

Rather than shipping them off to army barracks all over the country, it's time to let asylum seekers work.

A woman who lives in Dubai & never actually watches the BBC tells us who should be its next Director General.😳
She then tells us who should be chief of an NHS she never uses. Not only that, she comments about Govt. departments that don’t actually govern her!

"The hard truth about underfunding palliative care is that people who are at their most vulnerable – the dying – suffer more pain, more indignity, less choice & less autonomy than they might have."

Incredibly, only 30% of hospice care is NHS funded.

If we're talking about bias, why do BBC politics programmes, from Politics Live to the Laura Kuennsberg Show, still always begin with a look at the newspaper front pages, which are overwhelmingly biased in one direction. Helps frame the entire news agenda and debate in their favour

This entire article points out that there is no plan. His own Treasury Secretary says he doesn’t know anything about it. So why does media keep running these kind of headlines? He keeps making these Truth Social posts and media keeps running stories as if it is something real.

Democrats need to call Republicans what they are: un-American. Every Republican going along with Trump’s destruction wears that label, and it’s time to make them own it. Watch LP’s Stuart Stevens on MSNBC:

Senate Dems aren't stupid. They know full well the Republicans and especially Donald will never extend the enhanced ACA subsidies. So, by flinching, they're guaranteeing premiums will spike by 114% -- people will go broke and/or die. Blaming Republicans in midterm campaign ads won't prevent that.

It can’t be a “false and defamatory statement” if Trump actually said the words himself.

It was disingenuous editing by the BBC to make it appear he gave a direct call to violent action. However, he certainly gave an indirect call to violent action. Ergo, not fake news. Just a little embellished.
